However - you say that you actualy can achieve and keep erection, in which case, anything you take could help you, but just like placebo. If it works for you, great. I tried Viagra in my last reboot, during flatline, i had semi-erections, i took viagra, and it was said it's effect lasts for a couple of hours, but during the next 2-3 weeks, i could still feel that this is too much erections. not the usual i had before my PIED. so i guess in some situations it's a "dirty reboot", exactly like what Mart71 said.
