Stellaris - Feral overload does not check for planet flag colony_event ...

The latter finished first, but afterwards the pollen event chain could not progress. When I used cheatcodes to progress, I learned that the planet flag colony_event was (now) missing. Looking in the event script for feral overload, it seems that the issue could arise from the fact that feral overload DOES NOT check for the planet flag colony_event.
