CSL tells you the exact amount of time until birth, while RJW leaves it a bit more ambiguous. Should not be used with the original RJW_Animal_Gene_Inheritance anymore. There was an issue with other "Male-Only / Female-Only" Mods --- for which we provide our own Genes now. CAI5000 will not crash, but will make Seduce-Ability fail. I think same goes for Combat Extended.

It adds a new management bar you have to worry about it adds a new layer about relationships as it can either now break or make your game (Depending on the quality of sex the colonists can gain a positive mood buff or a negative debuff).

RJW comes as a zip file, you need to unzip it inside the Mods folder, and that's it. Be sure that if you open the RJW folder you find the mod content and not another folder, take a look at your other mods to see how a mod folder looks like. The mod will appear in your game in the mod list where you will need to select it.
